We are happy to receive payment via:
- Mastercard & Visa over the phone if you contact us or
- Mastercard & Visa via Paypal over the internet * You DO NOT need a Paypal A/c to pay by Visa or Mastercard. When choosing to pay via Visa or Mastercard (Via Paypal), during the checkout process you will be taken to the Paypal website for secure credit card processing. Choose 'Pay by Credit Card' option on the lower left of the Paypal screen, then complete your details as per the Paypal instructions.

Refund PolicyIf you are not satisfied with your fabric purchase we are happy to refund or exchange if the product is returned to us at your cost within 7 days in the original condition. If you wish to exchange you will also incur the cost of postage for the new item exchanged.
We do not refund or exchange patterns unless the item is faulty, so please choose carefully.
